- “Teams” are a group of members and are the highest level created by APIFullDoc’s Administrators (see Price&Order page)
- “Members” are members of at least one Team and must have a role. The first member is created by APIFullDoc’s Administrators and is granted the “administrator” role in his team. This Team Administrator can then create other members and give them specific roles.
- “Tags” can be created by any members of a team. “Members” must have the right role to be able to update or delete “Tags”.
- “Recipients” are linked to a Team and every members can create them. “Members” must have the right role to be able to update or delete “Recipients”.
- “Contacts” are linked to a “Recipient” and every members of a Team can create them. “Members” must have the right role to be able to update or delete “Contacts”.
- “Documents” are created by “Members”, can have one or multiple “Tags” and are linked to one or multiple “Contacts”. Every Members of a Team can create documents. “Members” must have the right role to be able to update or delete “Documents”.
- “Logs” are linked to a document and can be linked to either a “Member” or a “Contact”. “Logs” are created automaticaly by APIFullDoc and can’t be updated or deleted.
